Personal Training - $85/hour

60 minutes 1-3 a week. These sessions are online. The focus is on your goals, form, technique and just enough push for you to get the results you desire.

Programming/Accountability - $100/month

Workouts designed to fit your time, lifestyle and fitness goals. 3 Workouts per week with a once-a-week 15 min. check-in phone call.

Weight-loss Coaching/Accountability - $175/month

We work through the stumbling blocks that keep you from pursuing your weight-loss goals. Keeping you on track with guidance and insight. 2 - 45 minute phone calls Bi-weekly with 2 - 15 minute check-ins on alternating weeks (4 appts./month)
